I’ve attached the proposal to add the light at the intersection into Northwind off Old Fayette Rd. We couldn’t get the light over the sign without adding a pole closer to the road. There is a white stake where the new pole would go. I’ve attached the photometric for this location to show where the light would go without obstructions. The numbers on the map represent foot-candles as measurements of light. I’m told that 1.0 foot-candle is approximate to a full moon directly overhead on a clear night. The proposed cost is a monthly cost based on the average 30-day bill. There are no upfront costs associated with this project.
