This app tracks the assessments, payments, expenditures, and members of the HOA in tables in a database.

Assessments due are calculated by totaling the assessments issued after the owner's deed date (and before the End Date, if present)

Active properties are those that have a blank End Date.  The address of the property will always be the same, but the owner may change and will be a separate record. Its end date will be the day before the new owner's deed date.

All payments are linked to an owner and property in the owners table.
